It is recommended that you use the official services of our suppliers; there will be onsite support throughout the show to assist you with any issues that may arise. Our Show Contractor - Exponet:
Exponet is the official show contractor for The Business Show Australia 2025. They offer a wide range of stand services and products, including electrics, graphics, furniture, lighting, and more.
- Login Details: Within 10 days of signing up to the event with us, you’ll receive an email from Exponet containing your personal login details for the Exponet Online Exhibitor Kit. Once you’ve received your login details, you can access your Exponet account HERE.
- Important: To secure early bird pricing, all orders must be fully submitted by Friday 17th October. Please note that partially completed kits will not be processed, and prices will increase after this deadline.

Your Exhibitor Passes:
Please make sure you register for your exhibitor passes before you arrive. You can do so using this LINK.
All exhibitor passes are free and there's no limit on how many people you would like to bring.

Insurance
All exhibitors are required to maintain their own Public and Products Liability insurance with a minimum indemnity limit of $10,000,000, valid from the 4th to the 6th November 2025. This must be submitted to your Account Manager by Monday 6 October 2025.
Venue Services - ICC - Order Deadline 21 Oct 2025
As you're aware the event will take place at the ICC. The venue has a variety of services available to enhance your experience.
- Wi-Fi - there is a shared network all exhibitors can join but we can't confirm how strong this will be. If you need a stronger and more secure network please click here to order now!
- Food & Drink to your stand: If you'd like lunch or snacks delivered to your stand during the show times you can place your order before here.
- Stand Cleaning: Click here to order any cleaning services within your stand. General vacuum services will be carried out over night.
Food & Drink Sampling:
A venue approval is required if you plan to distribute food & drink as a giveaway. If you'd like to share samples on your stand please contact your Account Manager for more information.
Rigging:
If you have any need or desire for rigging please contact your Account Manager.
