It is recommended that you use the official services of our suppliers; there will be onsite support throughout the show to assist you. More suppliers will be added as we get closer to the event.

Official Show Contractor - Exponet
Exponet is the official show contractor for The Business Show Australia 2026. They offer a wide range of stand services and products, including printing and installation of graphics, furniture hire, lighting, and more. They are also the exclusive provider of electric for stands.

Login Details: Login details will be emailed out to all exhibitors in July. From this time, you will be able to view the event catalogue and place your orders.
- Important: To secure early bird pricing, all orders must be fully submitted by Friday 17th October.
Insurance
All exhibitors are required to maintain their own Public and Products Liability insurance with a minimum indemnity limit of $10,000,000, valid from 23 - 26 November 2026, inclusive. This must be submitted to your Account Manager prior to the event. Further details on how to upload your insurance certificate will be shared in due course.
Food & Drink Sampling
Venue approval is required if you plan to distribute food or/and beverage samples as a giveaway. Food or beverage samples must be directly related to the exhibitor’s core business, either demonstrating a food product or equipment. Click here for more information on sampling.
Internet
Internet is exclusively provided by the ICC Sydney.
Wireless connectivity is readily available throughout the venue. There is free public Wi-Fi, for basic browsing, email and social media. The free service is capped at a speed of 10Mbps.
If you require dedicated internet connection which has a reliable, steady connection, we recommend ordering an ICC premium internet service in advance. Wired and Wireless options are available. An FAQ guide on available ICC Sydney internet connections can be found here.

Stand Catering (including Coffee Machines)
Stand catering is exclusively provided by the ICC Sydney.
ICC Sydney has the sole catering rights to the venue, therefore no externally provided food and beverage is allowed to be brought into the venue unless directly related to your business i.e. imported or manufactured by your company and that these items are restricted to sampling sizes. See the 'Sampling' header above for more information on this.
For stand catering, the ICC offers a wide range of items including breakfast, snacks, lunch, platters, canapes, coffee machines and baristas, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Rigging
Rigging must be approved pre-event by Show Management. If you wish to have rigging for your stand, either a banner or truss for your stand build, please contact your Account Manager in the first instance for approval. There will be an airspace fee of $2,000 + GST per exhibitor stand if your request is approved. If you arrange rigging which has not been pre-approved, you will be asked to stop set up.
Stand Cleaning
The ICC Sydney’s team members will clean public areas such as aisles during the event, however if you require dedicated stand cleaning, you will need to arrange this directly with the ICC. ICC dedicated stand cleaning includes the vacuuming of floors, wiping down of countertops and the emptying of stand bins.

Stand Waste Disposal
Should you not be able to take any post event waste offsite for disposal, ICC Sydney is able to assist with bulk waste removal services. If you wish to order waste disposal, please click here and return the order form along with your stand plan for a quote to exhibitionservices@iccsydney.com. All waste must be palletised and labelled clearly as waste. For information on how to prepare your waste please read this stand disposal guide.
Stand Utilities (Water, Drainage and Compressed Air)
Utilities, including water supply, drainage / wastewater and compressed air are exclusive services to the ICC Sydney.
The availability of water, drainage, and compressed air depends on stand location and cannot be guaranteed for all stands. For safety reasons, access to service pits in aisles is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors are responsible for providing all labour, materials, and equipment required to connect equipment and reticulate water and drainage services within their stand area, from the nearest service pit as nominated by ICC Sydney. All work must be carried out by qualified personnel and comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, and venue requirements. Unauthorised connections will be disconnected and may incur additional charges.
