Vaughan Baker is Group CEO of MyRepublic Group, the parent company of multiple connectivity businesses across the APAC region with a common proprietary technology platform, developed and operated by MyRepublic Digital. As a seed investor, former Director, and now Group CEO, Vaughan has led MyRepublic on its journey of transformation from a challenger fibre broadband provider to a diversified digital services group operating across Singapore, New Zealand, Indonesia and Australia.

Prior to MyRepublic, as CEO of the NZ Regional Fibre Group, Vaughan played a significant role in ensuring fibre broadband was successfully deployed across New Zealand, and structural separation of the industry, including the split of then Telecom NZ into its now respective and independent retail and wholesale businesses, Spark and Chorus.

As Group CEO, Vaughan is now devoted to democratising technology in a similar manner to connectivity via the digital services provided by MyRepublic Digital.
