Valerie is the Founder and Managing Director of Relate-U-cation®, with over 20 years’ experience transforming how organisations actually work. She has navigated some of the most complex change initiatives — from the HP/Compaq merger to delivering Saturn Corporation’s pioneering “relationship-first” training under General Motors beyond the USA — and learned a fundamental truth: most organisational problems aren’t structural, they’re relational.

Working across finance, automotive, government and leading technology firms throughout Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Europe, Valerie brings an innovative human-centred approach to organisational design, focusing on people-to-performance pathways that turn connection into capability.

She has served on international and Australian boards representing Australia for ASTD/ATD, the global association for talent development. Her work helps leaders build organisations where trust replaces politics, collaboration beats silos, and people bring their full potential to work. Because strategy doesn’t fail in the plan, it fails in the execution - and execution happens between people.
