Val Coin is a Digital Transformation Specialist and co-founder of Via Technology, a boutique advisory firm that helps businesses reduce operational risk through deliberate system design. She works with owners, GMs and operational leaders to replace inefficient, people-dependent operations with clear Strategic Business Systems that align people, process and technology.

Before founding Via, Val helped build and scale a software company, manage large events teams, and has led more than 150 teams through digital transformation, large ERP implementations and organisational change programs. From her teenage years in Italy managing events, and later in Australia leading multi-site teams across hospitality and tech, she distilled the secrets to aligning people, process, and technology into clear operating Systems that leaders can trust under pressure and over time.
