Mick is a multi-award-winning Australian leadership and success coach with more than 20 years’ experience developing senior leaders, teams and organisations across over 30 countries. He holds university qualifications in Education, Psychology and Organisational Behaviour, is a qualified Professional Coach, and has completed advanced work in Leadership Agility with Dr Bill Joiner at MIT. With more than 25,000 coaching hours, Mick specialises in building the mindsets, behaviours and rituals that enable leaders and organisations to perform at their best. He is also an accredited practitioner in a range of psychometric and strengths-based tools. Recognised globally as a thought leader in coaching, Mick was named Executive Coach of the Year at the Professional Services Awards in both 2024 and 2025, and Executive Coaching Expert of the Year in the Middle East at the Corporate Intl Global Awards in 2025 and 2026.
