Steffi (Stef) Rose is a strategy and operations expert, with deep experience driving growth and building strong operational foundations in complex, fast-paced environments. Under her consultancy, Clarity and Compass, Stef works as a Fractional COO where she partners with growing SMBs to develop their business strategy, optimise systems and processes, and build the foundations needed to scale. 

Before founding Clarity and Compass, Stef spent her career inside fast-growing international scale-ups, leading people, commercial, and operational strategic initiatives, including global expansion, GTM launches, and implementation of new processes and tools with a focus on automation and connectivity.
