Shivani Gopal is the founder and CEO of Elladex, a digital mentor marketplace and daily learning platform supporting personal, professional, and financial success. An Australian delegate for Startup 20 and Women’s 20 under the G20, Shivani is also a podcast host and a leading voice on inclusion and gender equality.

She has raised over seven figures in venture capital, collaborated with high-profile ambassadors like Tracey Spicer and Jana Pittman, and built a global network of over 25,000 women. Shivani is the author of The Inclusion Report: The Perspex Ceiling, a national research paper exploring diversity in Australian workplaces, and hosts Commbank’s Leading Women podcast.

Her work has been featured in major media outlets including AFR, SMH, and The Today Show. Shivani holds an MBA and a Master of Commerce and was awarded the 2022 NSW Excellence in Women’s Leadership Award.
