Ryan Griffin is the co-founder and Managing Director of Chunky Duck - a fully remote digital agency helping brands grow without selling their soul. From leading creative teams across time zones to surviving burnout, Ryan brings candid energy and grounded insight to conversations on leadership, business operations and the future of digital marketing.

Ryan, a former Australian Schoolboys Baseball captain, transitioned from a U.S. collegiate career into digital marketing, eventually leading client services at a top WPP performance agency. After a health-related "quarter-life crisis" inspired a year-long cycling trip across South America, he pursued his passion for marine life as a diver at Sydney Aquarium.

When the pandemic halted his aquarium career, he pivoted back to marketing, co-founding the agency Chunky Duck with two freelancer colleagues. His journey reflects a unique blend of competitive athletics, adventurous risk-taking, and professional resilience.
