Petina Tieman is the owner of Complete Business Solutions (AUS), a Supply Nation Certified consultancy established in 2017, with offices in Brisbane, Cairns and the Gold Coast, servicing Australia, PNG, NZ and USA. Petina and CBS have been recognised globally with over 30 awards. She specialises in grant and tender writing, compliance consultancy, procurement positioning and compliance ERP software systems.

She maintains an 85%+ success rate on more than 500 government and tier 1 grant and tender submissions and secures and delivers 50–80 government contracts annually. She holds Queensland Government (GGS0111) and Local Buy panel appointments and provides business support and practical workshops helping business owners secure contracts.
