Pamela Cominos is the Founder and CEO of HERA Women and the Founder of Cominos Family Lawyers, the boutique family law firm she established in 2010 and grew into a seven figure practice before successfully stepping away from the business.

A former family lawyer with more than 20 years' experience, Pamela understands the challenges of building a professional services business. She believes that while professionals spend years mastering their profession, few are ever taught how to build healthy, profitable and sustainable businesses.

Inspired by this insight, Pamela founded HERA Women, an ecosystem that helps women who own professional services businesses become exceptional business owners. As CEO, she leads the organisation's vision, strategy and growth, bringing together practical business education, strategic partnerships and a collaborative community that equips women to build stronger businesses with greater confidence, freedom and long-term success.
