Kurtis Wagenvoort is Managing Partner, Strategy & Commercial at Conduit Management, an organisational engineering firm that measures and removes founder dependency in owner-led business — the single largest source of valuation discount at exit.

He is the architect of the Founder Dependency Index, a weighted composite that scores how much of a company’s operating capability still sits inside one person’s head, and translates that concentration into the language buyers, lenders and acquirers actually price: key-person risk, earnings durability, and post-completion transferability. His engagements are held to one standard — the business runs for thirty days without the founder, or the work isn’t finished.

Kurtis also founded DryActive, an AI-powered coaching platform built on a training methodology he developed from published research. Conduit’s principals have delivered work across the United Nations, the Australian and US Governments, and Qatar Airways.
