A multi-award-winning commercial growth leader, Kristie has been honoured as B&T Women in Media’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) Life Member and Fellow, Australasia’s top Certified Practising Marketer and Fellow and Chartered Marketer of peak global body, Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is an AICD member and judge for the Australian Loyalty Association, B&T and the Dragons of Asia.

Kristie is Managing Director and co-founder of celebrated loyalty and engagement agency, Wink. She previously served as divisional Managing Director for Village Roadshow, COO of Waivpay, CCO of Ovato and Director of Sales for Event Hospitality & Entertainment. She originally began her career in radio. Kristie is Chair of Australian Marketing Institute, Deputy Chair of Hunter Medical Research Institute and Chairs HMRI Foundation. She is on the advisory board for digital marketplace, Vennu and international fashion company, Azura Runway as well as being a sought-after mentor and speaker.
