She works closely with partners to scale efficiently in a fast-changing digital landscape, combining commercial focus with a practical, people-first approach.

With deep experience building markets across APAC, Julia has led high-growth sales teams and supported regional launches and expansion into new markets. She’s known for a collaborative leadership style, clear communication, and a strong focus on delivering results.

Julia is also passionate about developing others—coaching teams and mentoring early-stage founders across Australia’s startup ecosystem. Outside of work, she loves cooking, maintains a strong mindfulness practice, and spends her free time keeping up with her two-year-old and her golden retriever, Mimi.
