With 25+ years’ experience, she co-founded a digital agency that was acquired by Ogilvy/WPP, and has led consulting engagements across Asia-Pacific. Today, Jules is the co-founder and CEO of The Igniter Group, the technology company behind EPIC Igniter and EPIC GO.

Through EPIC Igniter, Jules works with enterprise and government clients to identify where customer friction and disconnected operations are limiting growth, then redesigns the journeys, workflows and systems needed to increase customer lifetime value and efficiency. Through EPIC GO, she helps established, founder-led businesses break through their growth ceilings. Combining commercial expertise with secure, professional engineering, her team builds the custom technology and systems these companies need to increase capacity, scale revenue and grow enterprise value.
