Josh Licence is Founder and Director of Apparatus Quo, a structured growth partner that helps growing teams turn complex work into coordinated action. An engineer by training, Josh has spent over a decade in professional services and consulting, with earlier roles at Deloitte, Mondelez and Cadbury, and as Head of Business Systems at advisory firm BlueRock. He and his team have delivered more than 1000 software projects with business owners and leaders.
