He currently leads AMP Bank GO, AMP’s new digital bank, where he’s focused on creating simple, inclusive banking experiences tailored to the needs of small businesses and everyday Australians.

John’s career spans leadership roles at ING, Meta, and CBA – where he drove growth across payments, home lending, and loyalty. At ING, he championed customer-first strategies, including the removal of ATM fees – an industry shift that still benefits customers today.
