Before MVP1, Jay managed over $450 million in digital transformation programs across healthcare, financial services, government, and enterprise, and coached more than 20,000 people in personal transformation across three continents. He arrived in Australia with two bags, $2,000, and no one he knew in the country. At 43, after watching a respected industry leader pushed out despite years of exceptional service, Jay walked away from a lucrative consulting career to build something of his own. Today he leads MVP1 Ventures, Zingify, and BlackVault, working at the intersection of sovereign AI and purpose-driven capital - proving that domain expertise and the right technology build ventures that change industries.
