Jake is a Technical product architect with a decade of experience across banking and insurance technology in both enterprise and startup organisations. Starting as a developer, Jake quickly moved into organisational and product leadership helping to bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions.

Jake saw the benefits of AI years ago which culmunated in the founding of TrueAgent. His goal now is to help companies break free of the hype around AI and find ways to use it with real success.
