Jackie is a seasoned HR professional with decades of experience across industries including travel, IT, media, retail, e-commerce, health insurance, and not-for-profits. Her career spans corporates, SMEs, and family-run businesses, giving her valuable insight into a wide range of workplace cultures. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Honours in HR Management, she held senior HR positions in South Africa before emigrating to Australia.

For over 20 years, Jackie has been a principal at HRplus, delivering tailored, practical HR solutions to clients. She also led HR and Events at a leading travel company, where her work in employer branding inspired the creation of Dovetail Brand Engagement - a consultancy dedicated to aligning brand and culture.

Known for her calm, people-first approach, Jackie partners with growing businesses to strengthen leadership, manage change, and build high-performing teams. She also mentors emerging HR professionals and supports leadership teams with strategic, future-focused HR.
