Iyari is a visionary leader and changemaker with over 20 years of experience leading teams through complex challenges across ASX100 companies, government entities, and the technology sector. Born in Mexico and shaped by her experience across two countries, cultures, and educational systems, she brings a deeply human perspective to leadership, grounded in equity, resilience, and purposeful innovation. Iyari is Founder and Director of Nucleo Group, and Managing Director of Red Earth Talent, a First Nations-owned recruitment firm delivering talent while growing Indigenous representation. She is a Non-Executive Director of Transmax, Chair of the Board for Women in Technology, and host of the Empowertech podcast.
