Farrah Motley is the Director and Founder of Prosper Law, an online commercial law firm she established in 2021 to make legal services more accessible, practical, and client-focused. She holds a dual degree in Law and Accounting and is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Farrah began her legal career in top-tier law firms before moving in-house, where she spent most of her career advising businesses from the inside out. This in-house experience gives her a commercial edge that sets her apart from traditional lawyers. Farrah understands the fast-moving realities of business and delivers legal solutions that are not only technically sound but also commercially smart. Through Prosper Law, she works with clients across Australia, combining legal knowledge with a deep understanding of business needs — and a no-nonsense, plain-English approach that clients genuinely value.
