Erin Vassallo is a practising solicitor, strategic advisor, founder of Law Team, and one of the first Certified BCorp law firms. With over two decades of experience, she has worked across the full spectrum of business—from supporting grassroots startups and family enterprises to advising some of Australia’s top 100 organisations on governance, risk, and systems design. Erin is also a multi-entity business owner herself, bringing lived experience to the legal and commercial challenges entrepreneurs face as they scale.

Known for her deeply practical, prevention-first approach to law, Erin helps organisations embed legal strategy into their foundations to support long-term, values-aligned growth. Her work draws on qualifications in commercial law, political science, mediation, and disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School. A former not-for-profit CEO and impact leader, Erin is inspired about using legal frameworks as tools for change, empowering purpose-driven founders to protect what matters while building businesses that last.
