Eliza is one of Australia's most recognised voices in tendering and procurement. She is founder and CEO of Tender Relief Consulting, a human-led bid consultancy, and co-founder and CEO of Scryve, an AI-powered tender platform. Since 2019, she and her national team have helped hundreds of organisations win work, from sole traders to ASX-listed companies running billion-dollar pursuits. From 2021 to 2024 she chaired the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) across Australia and New Zealand. She represented Western Australia in MIT's Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program and, in 2025, was named in the state's 40 Under 40. Her focus now is the question every bid and procurement leader is quietly asking: what will it take to keep winning work as technology rewrites the rules?
