David is a leadership development and team culture expert with deep experience operating in complex, high-stakes environments. He served for 21 years in the Australian Army as an Infantry Officer leading Australian soldiers on operations in Timor, Iraq and Afghanistan.

David has worked extensively as a consultant and business leader across Health, Defence and National Security. His work spans people operations in intelligence and surveillance environments, workforce planning, strategy and leadership development - supporting organisations to navigate complexity and deliver with clarity.

He is committed to delivering high-impact leadership coaching, team development, organisational culture, and business strategy for his clients. Known for his grounded and practical style, David works with leaders to build capacity, strengthen teams, and drive meaningful, sustainable performance.
