Claire Rogers is a social innovator and former Chief Executive of World Vision Australia, the nation’s largest not-for-profit, working across 90 countries to assist 100 million people.

With an MBA from Melbourne Business School, she has led major change initiatives across sectors, aligning digital and physical strategies to thrive in a tech-disrupted economy. At ANZ Bank, she headed digital channels, driving transformation in mobile and internet banking and digital security.

Claire is a skilled communicator and influencer, known for her compassionate leadership and ability to gain community support. She has held leadership roles including Chair of Ridley College Melbourne and is a board director at ACFID, the peak body for Australian international charities.

Based in Melbourne with her husband and two children, Claire has a longstanding personal connection to World Vision, having sponsored a child since 2006. In 2016, she met her sponsored child in Myanmar—a deeply meaningful experience.
