Cara Thiele is a WHS governance advisor to boards and executives. She helps leaders understand where their organisation actually stands on work health and safety, beyond what the paperwork says. Her career spans more than 25 years across multiple industries, including senior roles at Telstra, Aurecon and ManpowerGroup. She has successfully navigated two enforceable undertakings for major Australian organisations and has been acknowledged by SafeWork NSW for her work during a regulatory investigation response plan. Through Pulse Health & Safety Solutions she advises ASX-listed companies, global multinationals, infrastructure operators and growing private businesses on governance, critical risk and officer due diligence. Her work sits at the level where governance, risk and operational reality meet. Every engagement is led by Cara.
