As Head of FX & Treasury at Monoova, he leads revenue growth, treasury operations, banking partnerships and commercial strategy, helping businesses collect, convert and settle funds globally with greater speed and efficiency.

Ben has worked with financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, remitters and digital asset businesses to solve complex liquidity, settlement and operational challenges.

An AFSL Responsible Manager, he combines commercial leadership with deep expertise in regulatory governance, product commercialisation and institutional partnerships.
