As former General Manager of SEKO Logistics ANZ, she led the company through a 3-year expansion from $30M to $90M in revenue, growing the team from 35 to nearly 100. She also headed a national fractional CFO firm, where she advised SMEs on growth strategies, restructures, and exit readiness.
