Amy Kelley is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Simple Nimble, a boutique strategy and organisational effectiveness consultancy that helps organisations bridge the capability gap between strategy and execution.
  
Amy has had a long and highly regarded professional career before making the leap to founder, serving as Chief Strategy Officer at the University of Tasmania, advising clients on strategy and transformation globally at McKinsey & Company, and acting for managed investment schemes at Clayton Utz. 

Alongside her professional career, she is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an accredited executive coach, and volunteers her time on the Board of Lady Gowrie Tasmania. 
 
Having built a career across law, consulting and higher education, she has first-hand experience and insight into the choices, trade-offs and opportunities women navigate on the path to senior roles. Her strengths in complex problem-solving and her determination to always keep things simple means she brings a practical perspective to leadership, building resilient organisations, and creating environments where women can thrive.
