Alex Alexandrou has spent 14 years inside the sales engines of small and mid-sized businesses, advising more than 1,000 of them, and keeps finding the same gap: plenty of pipeline, but it rarely turns into a paycheque. Leads get paid for, then never followed up. Alex co-founded the Association of Professional Builders, scaling it to 800+ clients across five countries before exiting in 2019, and was later recruited by Meta to train its Sales and Partnerships teams across Australia and the US.

Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of Skilled Coaching, he leads the team behind Emma, an AI voice agent that answers, qualifies and books every lead in seconds, because 78% of sales go to whoever responds first, not whoever's best. Emma booked more than a thousand qualified sales calls in a three-month beta. Alex takes a deliberately no-hype approach to AI.
