Aiden is a complexity leadership expert, management consultant, and psychometrics entrepreneur. As a complexity leadership expert, Aiden serves as the inaugural Menzies Senior Research Fellow in Leadership and Complexity at the Australian National University’s School of Cybernetics, with his work spanning the theory, measurement, research, education and practice of complexity leadership.

As a management consultant, Aiden has over 25 years international experience working with top-tier consulting organizations and blue-chip organizations. He specializes in leadership development, change management, organizational culture and organizational design.

As an entrepreneur, Aiden offer an innovative suite of instruments measuring different aspects of leadership. His mission is to introduce more rigorous and sophisticated measurement approaches to the science and practice of leader and leadership development.
