Dr Aaron Haining and Dr Suzanne Haining are the co-founders of Envicto Coaching, an organisation specialising in leadership development and employee engagement. Together they bring over 40 years of combined expertise in leadership, psychology, and organisational development, uniquely bridging the gap between academic research and real-world leadership practice.

Dr Aaron Haining is the Leadership and Mentoring Programs Lead at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in high-pressure environments, he provides practical, experience-based insights that help leaders navigate complex organisational challenges.
