As the founder of MCO Events, she blends human behavior insights with creative strategy to help businesses grow their visibility through personal branding, content marketing, and high-converting event experiences. Melissa is also the visionary behind some of Australia’s most successful brand activations, including Ego Expo, Australia’s largest streetwear & lifestyle expo, and the Throwback Lounge, a 90’s pop-up store - taking concepts from idea to execution and turning them into unforgettable cultural moments.
