McFly is a Project Management and Time Tracking application focussed on helping you stay profitable.
Most tools make you pick a side: manage the work, or track the time. McFly does both, in one place, so your projects stay on budget and your business stays in the black.
Everything you'd expect is here. Kanban boards, task lists, proper time tracking, automations, dark mode, and customisation down to the last field. Then a few things you might not expect. Live risk detection watches your estimates for early signs of trouble. Live team view shows you who's working on what, right now.
Here's the clever bit. Your team tracks time against their own estimates, and every hour rolls up into the project budget at what those people actually cost. So budgets, deadlines and estimates come with live warnings the moment they start to wobble.
No end-of-month surprises. No "how did that happen".
