Kubiieo is an Australian cloud technology consultancy.

We work across AWS and Azure. We are an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, and our engineers are certified across solutions architecture, DevOps, security and networking on both platforms. We work on production environments for enterprises and small businesses across all sectors.

We take on project work, ad-hoc engineering, and ongoing managed services.

What We Do

• Migration and modernisation. Moving workloads to AWS and Azure, replatforming legacy applications onto containers and serverless, and picking up migrations that have stalled.
• Cloud security assessments. Reviewing your AWS or Azure environment against provider and industry security frameworks, identifying the gaps, and fixing them.
• Cloud cost optimisation. Rightsizing, removing unused resources, and putting savings plans, reservations and commitment discounts in place.
• Networking and connectivity. VPC and VNet design, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect and ExpressRoute, including hybrid links back to on-premises.
• DevSecOps and automation. CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, patching automation, and security controls built into delivery rather than added afterwards.
• Data and AI. Data platforms on AWS and Azure, and generative AI work using Bedrock, SageMaker and Azure OpenAI.
• Disaster recovery. Backup, replication and recovery designs built to meet defined RTO and RPO targets.
• Managed services. Monitoring, incident response, patching and day to day operations.

Free Cloud Cost and Security Scans

We run free cost optimisation and security scans across AWS and Azure. You get a written summary of where your spend is going, what is oversized or sitting idle, and where your environment is exposed. There is no obligation and the report is yours either way.

How We Work

We engage however suits you: fixed price against a defined scope, time and materials, outcome based delivery, or an engineer working alongside your team for as long as you need them. Engagements run from a few days to ongoing, multi-year work, and we are equally happy picking up a single problem or taking on an environment permanently.

You deal directly with the engineers doing the work. There is no account management layer between you and the people building your environment.

On AWS migrations we can also access AWS Migration Acceleration Program funding for eligible projects, which offsets part of the cost.
