Hunt St

Hunt St is a Sydney-based offshore recruitment company founded by brothers Shaun and Eliot Cunningham. We help Australian businesses hire Filipino professionals directly into their teams for a one-off recruitment fee. We are not an outsourcing agency.

We manage the full recruitment process, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting and independent reference checks. We typically review hundreds of applicants before presenting the top three to five candidates for the client to meet.

Every placement includes a six-month replacement guarantee. If the hire does not work out during this period, we repeat the search at no additional cost.

We also offer Employer of Record services through Hunt St EOR (Powered by Deel) for clients who want to employ their Filipino hire without establishing a Philippine entity.
