International Women’s Day 2026 – Give to Gain created a safe and welcoming space for women to step away from everyday demands, reconnect with themselves and build meaningful connections with others.

The experience brought together women leaders, professionals and community members for conversations around wellbeing, leadership, personal growth and the importance of supporting one another. Rather than focusing only on achievement, the event encouraged participants to pause, reflect and consider what sustainable success looks like personally and professionally.

Through shared experiences, wellbeing activities and purposeful conversation, Give to Gain celebrated the idea that when women create space to listen, contribute, support and learn from one another, everyone has an opportunity to grow.

The event reflected Wonderlab’s belief that wellbeing and leadership can sit under one umbrella and that stronger communities are built through connection, practice and shared experience.
