Minsha Mueen leads web strategy at Flare, an Australian HR and payroll technology business. In this video she is honest about what things looked like before we started working together.
Her words: the site was not built on a proper foundation. Backend issues. Slow response times. Delivery problems. Time critical campaigns with no reliable support from previous agencies.
What she needed was not another vendor. It was a web team that behaved like part of her marketing team.
Over the past year that is what the work has looked like. A dedicated project manager as a single point of contact, with developers, designers and QA behind him. Weekly meetings. Rapid turnarounds on tight, stressful timelines. Proactive technical consultation instead of waiting to be asked.
The output speaks for itself. More than 50 landing pages delivered. A complete website rebrand. Custom builds including an employee benefits management tool with interactive visualisations, a calculator, and an inventory management system her sales team now relies on.
As she puts it, "I cannot recommend them enough and I would do it in a heartbeat."
This is what we mean when we say a website should be growth infrastructure rather than a project. It has to keep up with the marketing team using it.
