• Self-Running Workers operate autonomously based on set schedules or webhooks to manage recurring tasks such as drafting weekly responses to online reviews. 
• Quick Start Workers initiate on a brief instruction from a user and execute tasks independently, such as generating formal quotations from captured job notes. 
• Collaborative Workers operate interactively alongside human personnel to complete high-stakes business activities, including proposal preparation. 

Workers also possess outbound calling capabilities, such as engaging dormant customers who have not interacted with the business in 90 days and initiating transfers to human team members when appropriate.
