Available to businesses based in one of the seven boroughs of West London, Skills to Build Back Better (BBB) provides skills development programmes that will be designed around an organisation's specific needs and delivered by Brunel Business School’s world class academics and business experts.  The programme is co-funded by the European Social Fund and is available at no cost to qualifying businesses.

The programme, which is available to all levels of staff in your business, is based on five key processes: 

• Understanding the needs of your business. Our business experts will meet with you to identify what you want to achieve from your business, what is holding you back, and where developing the skills of you or your staff will help towards achieving your objectives
• Identifying who in your organisation could develop the skills needed to help the business grow
• Design a specific development plan for the selected individual(s) to allow them to acquire the skills that your business needs
• Deliver the learning activities, on-line or face to face, at a time and pace to suit your business
• Reviewing the impact of the BBB programme and agreeing next steps to continue your business growth
