Job placement
We have so far placed over fifty staff into various job roles with agreements in place to employ more. Examples of roles we have placed people into so far have been:
- Hotel porters
- Hotel cleaners
- Bar staff (front and back of house)
- Warehouses
- Commercial laundry
- Security managers
Recruiting and vetting large banks of staff required time and expertise. Our recruitment model is unparalleled and therefore ensures the most desirable results. On top of this we must categorise candidates into desired work sectors to ensure job retention and willingness to do the job role they have been placed in to.
Result:
All of our clients have thus far been extremely satisfied with the work candidates provided and where possible have requested more. This project demonstrates our ability to find, vet and place candidates into any job role.
