Client Story: Logan City Council Improves Asana Reporting and Workflow Structure
City of Logan + AQ

Logan City Council partnered with Apparatus Quo to optimise their existing Asana environment and improve how their marketing team manages projects, collaboration and reporting.

The goal was to move from inconsistent project structures to a clear, scalable system that leadership could rely on for visibility and decision making.

Apparatus Quo worked with Logan City Council to audit and optimise their existing Asana environment, which contained more than 110,000 tasks across multiple projects.

Through collaborative workshops and structured prototyping sessions, the team redesigned project layouts, introduced shared conventions and implemented custom fields to support clearer reporting and resource visibility.

Templates were developed for recurring work, workflows were mapped to clarify responsibilities and reporting dashboards were improved so leadership could better understand team capacity and project progress.

The result was a more structured Asana environment with stronger governance, improved collaboration and more reliable reporting across the marketing team.

Visit Apparatus Quo at Stand B410 at The Business Show Australia to learn how structured workflows and better reporting in Asana can help your organisation coordinate complex work.
